There can hardly be a more ideal place for the EUROBAUSTOFF Construction Elements Specialist Group to meet in the midst of branch events and to inform themselves regarding the happenings in the market than at the biennial specialist trade fair, Fensterbau Frontale, in Nuremberg.
Furthermore, the trade fair is structured increasingly similar in style to the partners of the Specialist Group: Besides the Windows product range division, fittings occupy an ever larger proportion. This has already been introduced in the Specialist Group with their windows campaign which started in 2011, and their fittings campaign, undertaken in 2013.
Almost all partners of the Construction Elements Specialist Group appeared on the March 26 in Nuremberg. The Specialist Group speakers Wolfgang Seltenreich (Luschka & Wagenmann) and Markus Tecker (Lueb und Wolters) – both were later confirmed in their positions of office by their colleagues – as well as Divisional Manager Ludger Kölven welcomed 34 participants in total. Besides the trade fair visit and the intensive exchange of market information, the training and further training season 2014/2015 provided the focus of the congress, as in this product range area, the quality of consultation is still a decisive criterion for later business closures.
The construction elements specialists decided to continue with the successful introductory seminar "Construction element basics" in the coming season, but to specialise with the subsequent Consultant training, "Construction elements". From the summer onwards, it then moves towards end users or object consulting. The training contents have already been modified. The partners are promised an even better acceptance by end users and commercial clients through this specialisation.
Acceptance in the market was also extremely good for EUROBAUSTOFF Specialist Group members in 2013. As Ludger Kölven determined, growth in the individual product ranges lay above the market average. Almost 8% was achieved in the area of interior doors, and even 14.5 % for windows and front doors. In the Stairs division, the specialists improved by 7 % and in Fittings by a dramatic 25 %. .
These results reflect the success of the individual partners. The positive results are also supported through the self-imposed ranking of the Specialist Group members. The basis of this is an internal ranking which is evaluated by the Construction Elements Division.
This year's winners and therefore top partners of the Construction Elements Specialist Group were Häsenjäger, Langenhagen, Gebhardt, Marktheidenfeld and Zitzmann, Cham. The prizes were accepted by Stephan Reischer, Matthias Bruckner and Kai Hasenjäger.
